CM YS Jagan reviews on dairy farms, directs officials to ensure welfare of dairy farmers
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has conducted a review meeting on sugar factories and milk diaries along with honourable ministers and other Government officials.
This meeting was held in order to help the milk diaries and sugar factories to grow financially strong by getting the right price for their production. This meeting was conducted in Tadepalli secretariat and it was attended by CM Jagan along with his team members Municipal and Urban development minister Botsa Satyanarayana, Agriculture minister Kurasala Kannababu, Agriculture department Chief Secretary Poonam Malakondaih, Industries and Information Technology minister Mekapati Gautam Reddy.
Jagan Mohan Reddy also advised his ministers to look into the partnership details with Amul. He has given a deadline of 15th July and made it clear to all the officials to come up with an agreement. He came along with the presentation that he had with Amul company officials and discussed the dairy farm development issues which Amul officials brought to his notice.
As he is known for his welfare schemes for farmers, he once again hoped that farmers are not bullied in the markets for the pricing specifications. He hoped they get the right price for their products and stay happy.
At the end of the meeting, he advised all his ministers and Government officials to come up with a presentation regarding the discussed issues in which helps them to go with a clear discussion in the cabinet meeting for finalizing the projects.
