Amaravati: Speaking at AP Assembly budget sessions, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that when the Telangana government was constructing the Kaleshwaram project, Chandrababu Naidu was the CM, at that time why he could not resist the project.

During the debate on the irrigation projects, the war of words has taken place between the ruling and opposition members in the house.

The TDP members slammed CM YS Jagan that when he was in the Opposition he launched three days Deeksha against Kaleshwaram project and how can he go to the inauguration of the project in Chief Minister's position.

CM YS Jagan, who responded on this, questioned why Chandrababu Naidu, who was the CM for five years, couldn't able to raise objections on the Kaleshwaram project.

On the occasion, he made satirical comments on Chandrababu Naidu that did he was gassing donkeys for these five years?

He questioned that when they raised the height of Almatti Dam why Chandrababu has not opened his mouth. He also said that the availability of Krishna water had reduced in the last ten years, and this happened due to Chandrababu.

CM YS Jagan said they are in friendly nature with the neighbouring state if they don't have peace and harmony, the problems will not be resolved. Moreover, by the time they come into power, the Kaleshwaram project has been completed. But the TDP leaders who were unable to stop the project are now trying to throw mud on us.
