Complete housing land acquisition by March 5: CCLA Nirabh Kumar Prasad
Vijayawada: Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Nirabh Kumar Prasad told the officials concerned to expedite and complete the land acquisition before March 5.
He reviewed the land acquisition programme with the District Collector, Joint Collector and the Revenue Department officials at the Collector's camp office here on Friday.
Nirabh Kumar Prasad instructed the Revenue Department officials to prepare the layouts for the government and private lands acquired revenue division-wise and complete the stone marking. He said that 2,061 acres of government land was identified in the Krishna district and the list of the beneficiaries was also prepared. Likewise, 1,205 acres of private land was notified and the acquisition of that land should be expedited, he said.
So far, 1140 layouts in the government land and 385 layouts in the private lands were prepared in the district, he said and asked the officials concerned to complete the rest of the layouts by March 5. He said that the revenue officials should keep in mind the government's target to hand over the house sites to all the beneficiaries by Ugadi.
District Special Commissioner Harinarayanan, district Collector A Mohammad Imtiaz, Joint Collector Dr K Madhavilata, District Revenue Officer A Prasad, Sub-Collectors Dhyanachandra and Swapnil Dinakar, Machilipatnam RDO Khaja Vali, Gudivada RDO Srinivas Kumar, DWAMA PD Suryanarayana, Housing district manager Dhananjanyudu, TITCO officer Chinnodu, Survey department AD Surya Rao and others were present on the occasion.
