Congress party opposes selling government properties- PCC vice President
Kadapa: Pradesh Congress Committee Vice president N. Tulasi Reddy has said that his party will launch protests if the government fails to the withdrawal of its a proposal in selling the government properties.
Addressing press conference in Kadapa here on Monday he said it is unfortunate that YSR Congress hatching conspiracy to sold government properties for implementing Navaratnalu scheme. The PCC leader recalled that Andhra Pradesh State has achieved nothing development instead it has bankrupt during the regime of 15 chief minister in 1956 to 2014 and now it is time for YSJagan Mohan Reddy to sell AP of his proposed schemes.
He said since last 6 months of YCP rule AP is witnessing RS 8,000 crores outstandings. The PCC leader seriously alleged that state government is responsible for encouraging sand mafia by creating an unnatural scarcity of sand. He questioned chief minister should answer the public why he is not able to pressure the central government for Special Category Status(SCS) despite his party is having 23 MP's.
He also demanded the chief minister to clarify why his government fails to filed charge sheet related to Kodi-Kathi, and YS Vivekananda Reddy murder cases. Party leaders Nazir Ahmadh, SK. Sattar, C.Charles, N.Srinivasa Rao and others were present.
