Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: CM Jagan conducts review, exempts APSRTC, hotels from lockdown

CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy green signal to RTC buses and hotels in Andhra Pradesh and issued a set of guidelines in the wake of the recently issued guidelines by the central government. CM YS Jagan reviewed over COVID-19 at camp official Tadepalli on Monday. The meeting was attended by Deputy CM Alla Nani, Minister Kannababu, CS Nilam Sawhney, DGP Gautam Sawang and Chief Secretary of Medical Health Jawahar Reddy. He also ordered that the bus services should be carried out by maintaining the physical distance of the state, and bus drivers must wear masks.

Jagan has decided to run bus services in the state after evacuating the migrants. The authorities have been instructed to prepare procedures for this. CM decided to give permission to buses and private buses with 50 percent occupancy. However, the dates will be announced within three to four days on the availability of bus services.
