Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: Here are the latest red zone areas in state

Red Zone Area in Guntur District

The number of coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh is on the rise with more than 2200 positive cases were reported across the state along with 50 fatalities. As many as 1433 people were recovered from corona and discharged. If this is the case, the government has announced district wise red zone areas where coronavirus cases are reported across the state. Aarogya Andhra has revealed the details of the red zone areas to this extent on Twitter.

Here is the district-wise list of red zone areas.

Vizianagaram District: Bondapalli, Pusapatirega, Komarada, Balijipeta Areas

Visakhapatnam District: Pedagantyadda, Narsipatnam, Kasimkota, Pendurti, Visakhapatnam Urban, Padmanabham.

East Godavari District: Samarlakota, Peddapuram, Kothapeta, Rajahmundry Urban, Pithapuram, Shankavaram.

West Godavari District: Polavaram, Gopalapuram, Narasapuram, Kovuru, Chagallu, Nidadavol, Tadepalligudem, Sivrajavaram, Penugonda, Bhimadolu, Eluru, Akiwidu, Undi, Bhimavaram, Narasapuram

Krishna District: Jaggaiahpet, Vijayawada Rural, Vijayawada Urban, Penamaluru, Machilipatnam, Nuzvid, Musunuru.

Guntur District: Macharla, Dachepalli, Achampeta, Narasaraopeta, Guntur Town, Tadepalli, Mangalgiri.

Prakasam District: Karanchedu, Chirala, Ongole Town and Gudluru areas.

Nellore District: Nellore Town, Naidupet, Vakadu, Soodurupeta, Tada areas.

Chittoor District: Srikalahasti, Tirupati Urban, Renigunta, Varadayapalem, Satyavadu, Nagalapuram, Nagiri, Puttur, Venkatagarikota.

Anantapur District: Hindupur, Kalyanadurg, Anantapur Town

Kadapa District: Maidukuru, Produtturu, Yarraguntla, Kadapa Town, Badwel, Pulivendula and Kamalapuram.

Kurnool District: Adoni, Chippagiri, Aspari, Tuggali, Atmakur, Kodumuru, Kurnool Town, Nandikotkur, Paniyam, Banaganipalle, Nandyal, Gadivemula, Chagalamarri, Pamulapadu
