Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: State reports 135 new cases, tally climbs to 4261

Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh seem to be following the particular trend with a constant rise on every day. In the latest media health bulletin released by the state nodal officer, as many as 135 new COVID-19 cases during the last 24 hours on Thursday till 10 am out of 11,602 tests conducted. With this, the tally climbs to 4261. As per the bulletin issued by the Health Department, Currently, there are 1641 active cases and 2540 recovered and discharged on Wednesday

On the other hand, 65 persons have been cured during the past 24 hours and two deaths reported one each in Krishna and East Godavari, which takes the total toll to 80.

The tally of foreign returnees stood at 197 with 176 active cases who are under treatment while 21 have been discharged/so far. On the other hand, migrant returnees cases' increased to 971 leaving 564 active cases.

The Andhra Pradesh government has set another record in the conduction of coronavirus tests. It ranks first in the country with over 5,04,889 tests.
