Coronavirus update: 506 new cases reported in Andhra Pradesh taking tally to 8,75,531
Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh has been decreasing for the last month along with the death cases. In the latest health bulletin released by the government on Sunday, 63,873 coronavirus tests were conducted in the last 24 hours where as many as 506 new cases were reported in the last twenty four hours, which brings the total number of coronavirus cases to 8,75,531. Meanwhile, about 7,057 people have died of dreadful virus including five deaths on Sunday.
In the past 24 hours, 613 people have fully recovered and takes the total number of people recovered in the state has reached 8,63,508. There are currently 4,966 active cases in the state in various hospitals. So far, the state has conducted 1,08,30,990 coronavirus tests. As far as deaths is concerned, one member each died on Chittoor, Krishna, Guntur Vizianagaram and West Godavari. East Godavari district has the highest number of 1,22,988 positive cases in the state, followed by West Godavari district with 93,352 cases while Chittoor district has 84,846 cases and stood at top in the list of district wise data.
On the other hand, the experts study reveals that the second wave of coronavirus is likely to outbreak in Andhra Pradesh from January 15. However, it is just a prediction and remain to be seen whether it will emerge or not as the cases of the dreadful virus are seeing a drastic fall in current situation.
