Covid-19 cases on decline in Kurnool

Kurnool: The district seems to be slowly returning to normalcy with registering of positive cases declining by every passing day. The district on Saturday registered only six positive cases. On the earlier two days, the district registered 7 cases.

With 6 new cases, the total cases in the district touched 553, the active cases are 329 and 218 are discharged. In addition to six positive cases, one more death was reported on Saturday, with this, the total deaths reached to 15.

Of the 6 cases, three are reported from Kurnool city, one at Nandyal urban and two at Adoni, stated the District Collector G Veera Pandiyan, in a statement released to media on Saturday.
