COVID-19 suspected man dies in GGH in Guntur, samples sent for tests
The death of a person in Guntur Government Hospital has caused confusion and scared the doctors and patients. The individual who is being treated in a special ward after diagnosed with coronavirus symptoms said to be died of a heart attack on Tuesday, according to hospital superintendent.
However, the doctors have sent the samples to the lab for confirmation on Coronavirus symptoms. On the other hand, special care has been taken in shifting the body. The deceased was identified as a person from Guntur.
According to hospital staff, he has been suffering from tuberculosis for the past 15 years was admitted to the special ward on Monday after a detecting coronavirus symptoms. But he is said to have died of a heart attack.
Family members say he did not travel overseas and did not meet with foreign travelers while the hospital superintendent said clarity will come when reports are out and assured the people not to panic as it us only a suspicious case.
