Covid cases rise to 382 in Guntur

Guntur: As many as six new Covid-19 cases were reported in Guntur district on Sunday.

With this, the total number of cases rose to 382. The district administration is strictly implementing lockdown orders of government.

The police officials all closed roads and set up barricades in red zones and booking cases against lockdown violators. District Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar, Urban SP P H D Rama Krishna and Rural SP Ch Vijaya Rao conducted a review meeting with officials.

They directed them to strictly implement lockdown to check spread of Covid-19 and urged people not to come out from the houses without valid reasons.
