CS directs officials to accord top priority to Spandana programme

Amaravati: Chief Secretary L V Subrahmanyam on Tuesday directed the officials to bring Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for solving grievances being received under Spandana programme during a workshop.

He further directed the higher officials to give training programmes to the district, mandal and village level authorities on the implementation of the Spandana programme. There would be sensitisation programmes for the Tahsildars and MPDOs, he said.

At the same time, he directed the officials of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department to provide training to the village level authorities for effectively implementing the programme.

He said Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been giving highest priority for the programme and hence the officials must take it seriously and solve all the problems of the public without showing any bias.
