He said though the government has changed in the State, illegal mining is continuing. He criticised Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy stating that he lost control over the administration.

Addressing a press conference at his residence here on Tuesday, he flayed Jagan Mohan Reddy for implementing anti-people's policies. He said the government had failed to solve sand problem, as a result lakhs of construction workers lost employment in the State.

He recalled that the government removed thousands of workers working on contract basis in various government departments and provided opportunity to party activists. He criticised the government for turning Polavaram Project site merely into a tourist spot and all the development works in the State came to a grinding halt and all sections of the people are facing problems.

He said that the government is not in a position to conduct elections to the cooperative societies. He said the government failed to give priority to solve problems of the people.

He alleged that ever since the YSRCP came to power, the attacks have been on the rise on BJP activists and warned that they will protest in Gurazala on September 16. BJP State vice-president T Nagabushanam, former minister Ravela Kishore Babu and others were present.
