Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad joins YSRCP in the presence of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy

Soon after the resigning from TDP on Monday, former minister Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad has joined YSR Congress party in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Tadepalli camp office. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy welcomed him into the party by putting on party scarf.

Earlier, he wrote an open letter to activists and fans alleging the attitude of the TDP leadership for causing unrest in the party with the false policies. Dokka strongly condemned the criticism of the TDP leaders and JAC to this extent.

He resigned from the TDP during the last assembly session. However, he gave a lengthy explanation this morning as he was critical of his resignation. Within a few hours of the announcement of resigning for TDP, Dokka joined in YSRCP
