East Godavari: 25 injured in a Lorry- bus collision in Kakinada

As many as 25 passengers injured in a Lorry- bus collision at Achampet junction of Kakinada in East Godavari district. The incident occurred when a RTC bus was crashed by a heavy load lorry while travelling from Rajole to Visakhapatnam. The bus rolled onto the road.

Out of twenty five injured, three are reportedly in a critical condition. All are victims are taken to Kakinada Government Hospital. There were 35 people in the bus at the time of the accident. The bus that was involved in the accident was crashed rear end and full damaged. While the lorry's front part was damaged to large extent.

The rescue operations are underway and the police have filed the case and probe is on.
