Farmer commits suicide with fear of coronavirus in Chittoor district

Chittoor: A farmer has committed suicide with the fear that he got coronavirus in Chittoor district. Going into details, Balakrishna who was not well for some time has gone to Tirupati Ruia hospital. After the medical tests, the doctors said he got a viral fever and gave treatment for two days and sent him back home.

After coming home, Balakrishna told his family members not to come near him as he got coronavirus and stayed alone. When the family members tried to approach him, he attacked them by throwing stones and went into the room and locked himself.

On Monday morning, Balakrishna went to his farmland and committed suicide by hanging himself to a tree. The deceased survived with wife, two sons, and a daughter. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot, registered a case and investigating further.
