The former intelligence chief and IPS officer AB Venkateswara Rao has responded to the news about his suspension over the allegedly violating the conduct rules on Sunday. He said that there is no truth over his suspension and advised his friends, followers and family members not to worry as he has nothing to do with charges made by the government.

"I have nothing to worry and mentally strong to face the situation," Venkateswar Rao asserted. He said that he would move the court on the charges raised by the government.

Earlier, chief Secretary Neelam Sawhney issued an order on Saturday night suspending former Chief of Intelligence AB Venkateswara Rao for violating the Code of Conduct. The law states that the latter violated all India Services (Disciplinary and Appeal) rules and suspended under Rule 3 (1). The GO 18 states hat AB Venkateswara Rao who was the Additional Director General of Police was suspended for allegedly defrauding the purchase of security equipment.

He has reportedly revealed several key issues relating to the security of the country. The government has found that AB Venkateswara Rao has deliberately violated police intelligence protocols, which is considered a direct threat to national security.

The government has decided to suspend these matters as the investigation comes to light. The government directed the former chief of intelligence not to move away from headquarters without permission.
