Former TDP Leader Issued Notices On Confiscation Of Assets

In a major set back, former TDP leader from East Godavari district, DCCB chairman Vadulala Raja has been issued notices on the corruption charges. The Registrar of Cooperative Society has issued notices for the confiscation of his assets. Officials have issued foreclosure notices to Vaddula Raja's residence. RS 18,96,38,222 amount was misused from DCCB bank in Prattipadu Mandal. Along with Raja, 12 directors and society CEO Venkatarao have been accused of lending funds and grants to dead persons and benami names.

YSRCP MLA Parunachandra Prasad has complained on the issue. Officers then started investigation and issued notices to the confiscation of his assets. Raja, who contested the Prattipadu Assembly in the last general election, lost to Parvachandra Prasad of the YCP candidate. Later, Raja said goodbye to the TDP.
