Four workers die in road accident in Anantapur district

Anantapuram: Four migrant electricity workers died and two others injured when a tractor lost the control and fell in Handrineeva project canal in Anantapur district. Six youth, all hails from Bihar, was travelling in the tractor when the mishap occurred near Nambulapulakunta village.

The tractor driver lost the control and the vehicle plunged into the water. Four migrant workers Mazhar Ansar, Md Jakrulla, Sardar and M Zakrulla died on the spot.

The local villagers and the police retrieved the bodies. These migrant workers came from Bihar to work for a private solar power plant and met with the accident.
