Good response to KIMS, APWJF health camp in Ongole

Ongole: The medical and health camp organised by the KIMS and APWJF in the MPP School at Avulamanda village in Kurichedu mandal received tremendous response from the general public on Tuesday.   The district president and secretary of APWJF, Gottipati Nageshwara Rao and SV Brahmam and KIMS general manager S Murthy inaugurated the camp at the village in the morning.

About 350 people from the in and around villages of Kurichedu mandal participated in the camp and the doctors diagnosed them with various tests for diabetic, blood pressure and others before giving them medicines.

The doctors referred 20 people to the hospital in Ongole for further examination. The locals appreciated the KIMS hospital for organizing the free medical camp and expressed indebtedness. The federation leaders announced that they would conduct similar camps all over the district in the future too.

The coordinator for the camp Talluri Ramanjaneyulu, state council members Khadar Mastan Vali, Shaik Rahamatulla, Pasumarti Venkatarao, Vali, Subba Reddy, village leaders and others also participated in the program.
