Government Chief Whip launched Padayatra to Tirumala
Kadapa: Government Chief Whip G.Srikanth Reddy has said that government is committed for the development of the state as it has been introducing the number of welfare schemes and taking up several developmental projects in the interest of people.
Speaking to media persons after launching Padayatra from Gandi Kshetrem to Tirumala on Friday said the chief minister is taking personal interest for implementation every scheme despite financial hurdles. He said and at the same time, people should extend their cooperation to the government for continuation of welfare schemes.
He said that he is performing Padayatra vow to Lord Venkateswara for Jagan Mohan Reddy become the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, wishing good rains, and for the welfare of farmers and people of Kadapa district. He said the chief minister is keen on sanctioning adequate funds for the development of Rayachoti constituency. He said that he would remain grateful to the people of Rayachoti for having elected him twice in 2014, 2019 elections. People in big numbers followed Padayatra along with government chief whip.
