Government committed for development of the state despite financial crisis: Chief Whip G Srikanth Reddy

Government Chief Whip G. Srikanth Reddy has said despite government has been serious financial crises but a committee to implement all welfare and development schemes in a transparent manner.

Addressing the gathering after inaugurating Sand Depot in the premises of agriculture market yard in Rayachoti town on Thursday he said that though sand is not available in Rayachoti, government administration taking pains in bringing the sand from Balarupalle located in 30km distance in the people.

He said sand is available in the deposit as the people have to avail it even in the late night. He said as per the government orders the people who indulged in illegal transportation would send behind bars for two years. The government Whip urged the collector to initiate steps for setting up two sand depots in Galiveedu, Lakki Reddy palle mandals as they are located in long distance from Rayachoto town.

District Collector CH. Harikiran said that there was no scarcity for sand as right now 3.50lakh tones are available entire district. He said that presently 100 tractors of sand brought available in the market yard in future it will be increased to 200 tractors according to the requirement of people. He said 12 sand reaches we're identified in the district and planning to dig the sand 40 places in the district. Mining department AD Balasubrahmanyam Rayachoti municipal Commissioner M. Mallikarjuna and others were present.
