HIGHLIGHTS:Governor Narasimhan's speech in Andhra Assembly
The third day of the assembly session began with the governor's speech who announced that the farmers will be provided interest-free loans and will dig up bore well in their fields a free of cost.
Continuing the speech, the government said that YSR Rythu Bharosa programme will be launched on October 1 under which a farmer is given Rs 12,500 per year. Agriculture power supply for 9 hours during daytime will be provided, the governor said.
