Grihashakti opens new branch

Vijayawada: Fullerton India Home Finance Company Limited, which operates under the brand Grihashakti, launched its new branch in Vijayawada on Thursday at Bhaskar Plaza, 4th Floor, Gopala Reddy Road, Governorpeta.

Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Makkar, Chief Executive Officer, Grihashakti –Fullerton India Home Finance Company Limited said they are expanding their reach and reinstating their commitment to their customers. He said that Fullerton Grihashakti currently operates through 82 branches spread across 13 states.

It offers home loans to individuals in the affordable housing segment, as well as services across non-housing categories, which includes commercial property purchase loans and loan against property. The loans offered are competitively priced and the ticket size ranges from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 5 crore.

He said that they offer financial support to the customers as the overall housing has become more affordable today than ever before. "We are encouraging more people to buy houses and more developers to construct affordable housing units," he added.
