Guntur: Pensions distribution at the doorstep from today

Guntur: GMC commissioner Challa Anuradha on Friday directed the officials to distribute social security pensions at the doorsteps of the beneficiaries from February 1 and instructed the officials to see that the pension is distributed by 1 on Saturday.

She conducted a meeting with the welfare secretaries and data processing secretaries in the GMC office. Speaking on this occasion, she directed the officials to start pension distribution at 6 am and complete it by 1 pm.

She warned that she would not tolerate irregularities in the pension distribution and stressed on coordination among the officials to make it a grand success.
