Guntur: Separate Bus Stand for Vijayawada buses

Guntur: APSRTC Palandu bus stand will be converted as Guntur -Vijayawada bus stand from February 7 for the convenience of the passengers. Taking increasing rush of passengers for Vijayawada buses and suggestion of Guntur East MLA Mustafa into consideration, the APSRTC Guntur regional manager STP Raghava Kumar took this decision.

He said that if the Vijayawada APSRTC Bus Stand was separately set up, traffic problem would be solved on the busy road at Manipuram Railway Gate Centre. The RTC buses will come to Vijayawada bus stand and go to Vijayawada from there. He said this change will be convenient to the passengers. He further said that at present there are 12 platforms in Vijayawada bus stand.
