Guntur: Work for victory of TDP, CPI cadre told

Guntur: Communist Party of India State assistant secretary Muppalla Nageswara Rao said that the CPI would have an alliance with TDP in the coming local body elections. 

He urged the party leaders to work for the victory of the CPI and TDP candidates in the coming local body elections. He stressed on need to work hard for the victory of the TDP and CPI candidates for development of the district.

CPI District Secretary Jangala Ajay Kumar said that development was possible with the victory of the TDP and CPI candidates in the coming local body elections. It would have a check on the YSRCP government, he added.

Meanwhile, the CPI already started process for the selection of candidates in the GMC elections.
