Heavy Rains At Kachhuluru Halted Satyam Team From Extracting The Boat

Amaravati: Attempts by the Dharmadi Satyam team to retrieve the sunken boat from the Godavari River at Kutchhalur failed on the third day. It is reported that the Satyam team on Tuesday (second day) attempted to pull the boat with the help of Proclaine by landing an iron rope over 1000 meters in Godavari. The Iron rope broke after it struct to a big rock.

Rain has become a barrier for the Satyam team who engaged in boat extraction works on the third day . Heavy rains have also disrupted the operation since afternoon. The water level in Godavari has been risen three feet and the extraction work has been stopped for now.
