Heritage sells onions for Rs. 200, YS Jagan slams at Chandrababu Naidu

Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy made allegations of former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu in assembly about the cost of the onion in Heritage. Replying to the question on the while in the onion price, Jagan said that the govt is providing onion for a subsidised rate of Rs 25 per kg. "Onion is being bought from other areas and sold at cheaper rates, " CM asserted.

He opined that the cost of the onion is high all over the country except in AP. The 25th CM slammed at Naidu for selling the onions for Rs 200 at Heritage.

Earlier, prior to the beginning of assembly sessions, the TDP headed by Naidu has staged a protest at assembly wearing Onion garland. There is also an exchange of words between ruling and opposition parties on a hike in Onion prices. Hence Jagan made the above comments in the house.
