High Court CJ recalls justice Koka Subba Rao's services

Visakhapatnam: From fundamental rights to directive principles of natural justice, Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court C Praveen Kumar elaborated on 'Constitution and transformative justice.'

Speaking at the Justice Koka Subba Rao Memorial lecture organised by Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) here on Saturday, he talked about Article 21 and contributions made by Justice Koka Subba Rao to the field of law.

Citing numerous cases, he later briefed on the link between criminal law and constitutional law. A health centre was also launched on the campus on the occasion. Among others, DSNLU Vice-Chancellor Surya Prakash, IIPE Director VSRK Prasad and members of the AP Bar Council were present.
