The Court also asked why the chief minister's photo is glued to the panchayat offices to which the AG has said that since the CM is in the constitutional post, the picture of his was pasted. However, the High Court has made severe comments on the lawyer's comments asking Whether the Prime Minister's photo printed on the Parliament or chief justice photo on the Supreme Court. "Is this tradition followed anywhere else in the country," Court slammed at the lawyer.

On the other hand, Advocate on behalf of the Election Commission has told the Court that they have no authority ta take action on this issue as the model code of conduct is not yet imposed. The Court has said that it would decide on the matter and adjourned the hearing for Thursday.
