Identify government lands for housing, Revenue staff told JC

Kakinada: East Godavari Joint Collector-2 G Rajakumari directed the revenue staff in Kakinada revenue division to identify government lands at various places for distribution as house sites.

At the meet organised at Collectorate on Saturday evening, JC-2 said that several identified beneficiaries are to be provided house sites to take-up housing construction activity in all the mandals in the revenue division.

She directed the revenue staff to keep special focus on endowment and social welfare department lands and vacant sites. In this aspect, JC-2 directed the revenue staff to take village as one unit and complete the process at the earliest.
