Idupulapaya, Pulivendula and Kadapa to be developed: Jagan
Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the officials to take up pilot projects to transform his native place Pulivendula and Kadapa into model towns. During a review meeting on the Pulivendula and Kadapa development programme at his residence at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Monday, Jagan said the expenditure needed for the project can be drawn from Pulivendula Area Development Agency.
Jagan reviewed on estimates for the Idupulapaya tourism circuit which includes YSR Memorial Gardens, Botanical Garden, Gandi Temple Complex, IIT Complex, eco-park, Jungle Safari and Peacock Breeding Centre, on this occasion.
The Chief Minister directed the officials that the architecture in the tourism circuit should enhance its beauty and any project should stand the test of time by maintaining quality in the works.
The officials detailed the plan for the Pulichintala YSR Garden to the Chief Minister. They also explained about the beautification works taken up in Lumbini Park at Visakhapatnam. The Chief Minister directed the officials to build a similar park near Polavaram Project.
Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and the officials of AP Gardening and Beautification Corporation were present on the occasion.
