Iranian Food Festival commences in Vijayawada

Chefs display various varieties of food as part of Iranian Food Festival at Hotel Park N in Vijayawada on Friday

Vijayawada: For the food lovers of Vijayawada, the much awaited month-long exotic, mouth-watering Iranian Food Festival commenced at Hotel Park N near NTR University of Health Sciences here on Friday. The food festival was inaugurated by the hotel managing directors V Raghava Chowdary and V Vimaladevi.

Speaking to the media persons, they said that they have been providing delicious, hygienic and tasty recipes to the people of Vijayawada at Park N. Every year they have been organising various food festivals to bring new recipes from various places to the denizens.

They said the various recipes made available for the Iranian Food festival are non-vegetarian biryanis, nawabi mutton biryani, mutton rezala, vegetarian Biryani, vegetarian Lucknow biryani, Non-vegetarian Curries, Malvani Chicken Curry, Koliwad Prawns Curry and others.

They said that for the people who wish to enjoy the Iranian food at home can order online and relish the tasty dishes. Hotel general manager Ch Babu Rao, chef Suresh, Babar Khan and others were present.
