Is it a party office or wine shop? MLA Roja counters TDP over liquor ban allegations

APIIC chairperson and MLA RK Roja who held a press meet on Tuesday have lamented at the Telugu Desam Party over the allegations levelled on YSRCP over the liquor policy. She fumed at TDP leaders and asserted them to be acting as animals criticising the government. She recalled the then TDP government's policies of promoting the alcohol as the healthy drink. "This shows the double standards of the former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu," Roja said.

Speaking about the displaying of alcohol bottles by TDP leader Bonda Uma at a press meet in TDP office, Roja questioned: "is it a party office or the bar shop?". She asserted that the YSRCP government headed by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is taking all measures to impose a ban on the consumption of alcohol in the phased manner.

Roja demanded cases to be filed against TDP leaders who displayed alcohol bottles in public forum.
