It's sure to demolish Chandrababu's house: Botsa Satyanarayana
Amaravati: A heated debate over the illegal structures on the Krishna river Karakatta has happened during the question hour in the Legislative Council on Wednesday.
During the discussion, the TDP members stated that as part of the political encounter on Chandrababu Naidu, the notices had been issued to the buildings on the Karakatta.
They questioned why the constructions were allowed on Karakatta during the YSR regime. The TDP leaders commented that at that time, did they forgotten the laws? And now they remembered back. The TDP MLC's asked the Minister to respond over this issue.
Responding to the TDP members question, Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that 26 illegal constructions were identified on the Karakatta.
Botsa alleged that Chandrababu had crossed all rules that the Praja Vedika should not be built across the riverside. He clarified that Rs 8 crore would be collected from the officials who have permitted the Praja Vedika.
He also said that even Chandrababu's residence is also an illegal construction. Minister said the notices were issued to Lingamaneni Ramesh and Chandrababu who is staying on rent that there is no permission for swimming pool and building development on the Karakatta.
On the occasion, Botsa said the notices would be issued once again to the illegal constructions on the river bank.
He said its good if Chandrababu vacates the house or else the law will do its work. Minister Botsa Satyanarayana has clarified that Chandrababu Naidu's house will be demolished for sure.
