Jagan Govt To Take Action Against Private Colleges For Charging Excess Fess
The government of Jagan is lashing out at private junior colleges that do not follow the rules and regulations framed by the government. The govt is preparing guidelines to take action against the educational institutions who are hiking the fees and troubling the students and parents. So many private junior colleges are attracting parents in the name of NEET and JEE.
The YSRCP government has issued a warning to private and corporate junior colleges on the charging of excess fee and advised them to follow the govt norms. The State Minister of Education, Adhimulapu Suresh, has issued a notice to the respective colleges that the license would be cancelled if they violate the rules.
VV Subbarao, who initiated inspections at the private and corporate junior colleges in the district with state government orders, has so far issued notices to 12 junior colleges. Meanwhile, the three-member committee has been constituted in the district following the decision taken by the minister of education, Suresh, during a review meeting with RIOs.
