Jagan had differences with his uncle Viveka: Chandrababu Naidu

Amaravati: In a sharp attack on YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for his criticism on TDP, the party chief N Chandrababu Naidu stated that Jagan has differences with his paternal uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy, whose murder stood as centre of political controversy in the state from last three days.

Addressing TDP leaders in a teleconference on Monday, Chandrababu Naidu said that there were reports that Jagan threatened Vivekananda to resign from MP seat, when the later was representing from Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency. Only after the intervention of Congress the then president Sonia Gandhi and warned YS Rajasekhar Reddy, when he was CM of the united state, Jagan maintained silence, he added.

He further blamed that some news were surfaced that Jagan even manhandled his uncle Vivekananda Reddy in the past, for his political gains.

TDP supremo added that Vivekananda Reddy suffered a lot with Jagan from long back and both of them have political differences and many a times it was in news.

Jagan tried to project his uncle's murder as natural death and his news channel aired it in the early hours after the incident took place, Chandrababu Naidu explained.

After doctors declared it as murder, Jagan started political high drama, he blamed.

TDP president added that the Special Investigation Team constituted by the police department will establish truth behind the murder and stringent punishment will be given to the criminals who were responsible for that. He added that law will not leave the culprits, even through they are very strong politically or economically.
