Jagan urged to clear the air on Amaravati: Daggubati Purandeswari
Anantapur: Former Union Minister and Senior BJP leader Daggubati Purandeswari has stated that the BJP is making every effort to strengthen the party at the grass-root level and make it a force to reckon with in the State.
Talking to The Hans India here, Purandeswari said that the BJP has formulated an action plan to organisationally strengthen the party and make it a front-runner for people's cause. She said that the BJP leaders including herself embarked on a State-wide tour to strengthen the party and lay a strong foundation for the party at the grass root level.
Purandeswari said that the YSRCP party had failed to live up to people's expectations during its six months rule so far. Due to unfriendly- investor policies, there was no scope for foreign investments in the State.
She accused Ministers of making contradictory statements on Amaravati capital. She urged Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to clear the air on Amaravati and apply his mind on capital building.
