Jagananna Thodu scheme to benefit 3,863 in Chittoor

Chittoor: MLA A Srinivasulu said that Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy launched Jagananna Thodu scheme to support the small and petty vendors across the state.
Under the scheme, he said interest-free loans will be sanctioned to all eligible persons upto Rs 10,000. Addressing a meet held at Municipal Corporation office on Wednesday, Srinivasulu said there was no limit for sanctioning loans under the scheme. "Over 3,863 beneficiaries under the Jagananna Thodu scheme would be provided interest-free loans in Chittoor.
The co-operation of bankers would be crucial for the success of the scheme," he felt and assured all the eligible small vendors would be facilitated with interest- free loans. Participating in the meeting, Municipal Commissioner P Viswanath appealed to beneficiaries to take active part in availing the the scheme. CHUDA Chairman P Purushottam and Market Committee Chairman V Krishna Reddy were present .
