Janasena party headed by actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan is all set to start its fight in Andhra Pradesh over farmers issue. It has called for a dharna in front of the district collectorates on the 28th of this month. This was revealed by Janasena Party PAC chairman Nadendla Manohar in Rajahmundry of East Godavari district. He said the dharna was organized to help farmers whose crops were damaged due to floods and cyclones.

He alleged that the state government had failed to solve the problems of the Andhra Pradesh farmers and clarified that the central government had brought in new agricultural laws that would benefit the farmers. He explained that amendments were being made in the new agricultural laws which were embarrassing to the farmers.

He said the party would discuss the setting up of a high court in Kurnool and take a collective decision. Nadendla said the party would complete the acceptance of active memberships by next March, after which Janasena would form party committees to the booth level.
