K S Lakshamana Rao leads in MLC polls

Guntur: Krishna-Guntur districts Graduates MLC candidate supported by PDF K S Lakshamana Rao got 46,746 votes out of 84,157 votes at the end of seventh round of counting.

He is in leading position. Nuthulapati Anjaiah got 6,331 votes.

So far officials rejected 5,527 votes.

Collector and Guntur-Krishna districts Graduates MLC election returning officer Kona Sasidhr, election observer Neerabh Kumar Prasad, joint collector Himanshu Shukla were supervising the counting at AC College.

Votes counting is expected to be completed on Wednesday night.
