Kadapa: 57-yr-old-woman tests Covid-19 positive

Kadapa: A 57-year- old woman and a resident of Rayachoti town was tested Covid-19 positive on Saturday.

The incident came to light after the victim went to Tirupati for undergoing surgery to spinal cord as the doctor suspected something wrong in the blood samples of the woman and they recommended for swab test. It is found that the woman was affected by Covid-19. Following this, the district administration has shifted 15 primary contacts and some others living in the same area to quarantine centre in Fatima Medical College in Kadapa.

This is the second coronavirus case reported in Rayachoti town and the administration declared the area where the woman was residing as red zone.
