Kadapa: Administration set up Helpline centers for Rythu Bharosa Scheme

Kadapa: After serious allegations raised by farmers and farmers associations over mistakes witnessing in the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme, the district administration has set up helpline centers along with phone numbers in all 54 mandals in the district. Local VRO's revenue officials were fixed responsibility to accept the representations from the farmers and sort out the problems.

According to the joint collector Gowthami mistakes like survey was not properly conducted under people's empowerment survey, mistakes witnessing in notional accounts, names of beneficiaries wrongly mentioned in the survey, missing of eligible in the lists, mistakes in Adhar seeding, Adhar was not linked to the bank account of beneficiary, mistakes witnessing in 10-1 Adangal, and Pattardar passbooks etc were proposed to correct in the helpline centers.

Survey was wrongly conducted under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. This was leads number of original beneficiaries lost the opportunity of securing financial support extended by the state government. From the beginning, AP Rythu Sangam pointed out the issue. However it is well come decision" said AP Rythu Sangam district secretary" to Hans India.

It may be recalled that as many as 2,43,529 farmers including were benefited Rs 193 crores under the Rythu Bharosa scheme against about 3.50lakh farmers accounts across the district. However there was several mistakes witnessing in the survey conducted by village volunteers though numbers of farmers eligibility. Joint Collector Gowthamy said Helpline Centers would be continued up to 15th November as the farmers to approach the revenue officials to clarify their doubts by submitting documentary evidences.
