Kadapa District Collector asks officials to feel responsible in solving citizens' problems

Kadapa: District Collector CH. Harikiran has stressed the need of officials to show special attention for solving problems being represented by the public during the Spandana programme being organized every Monday in the district.

The collector who accepted petitions from the public here on Monday said people across the district thronging to the collector office with high hopes for finding solutions of their long-pending issues from distance places by spending a lot of money. He said chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is giving top priority to the Spandana programme as he reviewing the status of representations with the administration frequently.

However, collector pointed out that there are allegations as some officials least bothered over the issues leads to prevailing unrest among the victims. On this occasion P.Venkatarama Reddy Dommara Nandyala village of Jammalamadugu madugu mandal submitted representation appealing the collector to sanction ration card. One T.Suneetha of Isukapalli village of Rajampet mandal complained the collector that she has been rounding the local MRO office for several months requesting the officials to assign her 1.50 acres of land in the village but in vain. Responding her plea collector directed the Rajampet MRO immediately to assign the land. Joint Collector Gowthami and others were present.
