Kakinada: Andhra Jyothi Reporter murdered

A stringer of Andhra Jyothi Telugu Daily of Thondangi Mandal and also District Accreditation Committee member K. Satyanarayana was brutally hacked to death on Tuesday night by unknown persons in the vicinity of his house at S.Annavaram of Tuni Rural Mandal. It is felt

that the incident took place around 7.30 pm. He died on the spot. Tuni Rural Circle Inspector Kishore Babu said that Satyanarayana was found dead with head injuries and a case was registered by Tuni Rural police. Mr Kishore Babu is investigating the case.

Meanwhile, it is learnt that after defeating of Telugu Desam, Satyanarayana received threats from some sections of the people and he complained to police for one month back that he was attacked.It is said that the police closed the file as a fake. He also complained to the police for six months back, he was threatened by some persons. Sources said that Satyanarayana is doing finance and city cable business at Tuni and he was said to be close associate of Tuni Telugu Desam leader Yanamala Krishnudu.
