Kakinada: BJP urges government to fill vacant doctor posts

Kakinada: Former director of Godavari Urban Development Authority (GUDA) Ganni Satyanarayana appealed to the state government to fill up doctor posts in Primary Health Centres, Area Hospitals and Government Hospitals in view of increasing Coronavirus cases in East Godavari district.

Satyanarayana distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits to the District Medical and Health Officer Dr Mallikarjun here on Thursday. The kits were supplied by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Satyanarayana who is also the BJP state executive member said that the BJP would render all sorts of help to the medical and health community who are making hectic efforts for curbing Coronavirus cases and also giving treatment to the positive patients.

He said that in the Primary Health Centre at Gollaprolu, only one doctor is serving to the patients and doctor posts should be filled up in such PHCs. BJP OBC Morcha former president Gangadhar, SVSN Murthy, SN Associate representatives were at present.
