Kakinada: House sites distribution being held in transparent manner

Kakinada: Social Welfare Minister Pinipe Viswaroop said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had set a record by providing house sites free of cost to 30 lakh women beneficiaries in the State.

The Minister along with Amalapuram MP Chinta Anuradha and Sub-Collector Himanshu Kaushik distributed house sites at Bodasakurru village in Allavaram mandal of Amalapuram constituency on Saturday.

Viswaroop and MP Anuradha handed over Tidco buildings (51 blocks) constructed for 1,632 beneficiaries at Bodasakurru village in Allavaram Mandal. The Minister said that the YSRCP government was distributing house sites in a transparent manner.

The Amalapuram MP lauded Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for launching the free house sites distribution programme to the poor in the State. She said that the government was making sure that all government benefits reach the eligible through the village, ward secretariat system.

Sub-Collector Himanshu Kaushik said that a total of 14,000 beneficiaries in the Amalapuram division have been allotted house sites in 1,000 acres of land and all of the beneficiaries will receive the house sites very soon.

He said that 1,632 TIDCO houses have been constructed in Bodasakurru village.
