Kakinada: No drinking water facility in Vedic school

Vedic students fetching drinking water from outside the school

Kakinada: MSN Charities Vedic School students have been facing acute shortage of drinking water. Located in the heart of the Smart City, the school's 15 students have no drinking water facility for five years.

The MSN Charities authorities not provided the basic infrastructure facilities in the Vedic school campus. The students are fetching drinking water from a distance of one kilometer from the campus.

Many a time, the Vedic students and their parents urged the Endowments department officials to provide drinking water facility in the school. For the past 30 years, the students have been bringing drinking water from outside the school.

Social activist Bhamidipati Bhaskara Sharma urged the District Collector D Murlaidhar Reddy to provide drinking water facility and basic infrastructure to the Vedic students.
