Kakinada: Special task force teams set up to tackle coronavirus
Kakinada: Superintendent of Police Adnana Nayeem Asmi said that the police department has taken necessary steps to control the Coronavirus.
Speaking to media here on Wednesday the SP said that two Special Task Force Teams were setup in the district. Asmi said that there would be 22 personnel per team, along with one SI and women police force. He said that the Special Task Force team would help the patients who refuse to get treated.
He said that the special task force team will help the medical staff to transport Covid-19 patients to the hospital throughout the district.
Additional DMHO Dr. K Satyanarayana conducted awareness programme on Coronavirus and explained the cautions that should be taken to prevent the same. He explained that how to wear a suit, how to use gloves, mask and how to deal with patients.
OSD Arif Hafez, Addl SP (Admin) K. Kumar, SB DSPs M Ambika Prasad, S. Murali Mohan and others were present.
